We keep you in compliance. We perform the annual and five-year safety tests, which are required by the state, for all types of commercial elevators, both traction and hydraulic.

At Tech 3 Elevators, we don’t do Contracts. You won’t be locked in for three years, five years…. or the crazy 10 year contracts. We do 6 month and 1 year “Agreements”, cancellable at anytime with a 30 day notice.
